梅宮大社の紫陽花小径(Hydroreiger of Umenomiya Shrine)

神苑を散策していると、あじさいの小径がある
いろいろな種類の花があり、中でも円錐状に花が咲く柏葉アジサイが見事だ

While walking around the shrine, there is a narrow pass of hydrangea.
There are various kind of hydrangeas.
Kashiwa leaf hydrangea with flowers blooming in a conical shape is superb.

梅宮神社の睡蓮(Water lily of the Umenomiya shrine)

梅宮神社の睡蓮
半月前に同神社を訪れたときは葉が小さく花も数輪咲いていただけだった
昨日行くと睡蓮の葉は立派に生長して花も沢山咲いていた

When I visited the shrine half a month ago, the leaves were small and only a few flowers were blooming.
I went yesterday, the leaves of water lily grew admirably and many flowers were blooming.

梅宮大社の花菖蒲は今が見頃です
神苑の池の周りに植えられた花菖蒲は周囲の日本庭園に調和して見る人に感動を与えます

The iris  of Umenomiya  shrine is in full bloom now.

中之島公園にひっそりと咲く紫陽花(Hydrangea flowering blooming in the less conspicuous place along the Dojima River )

中之島公園の堂島川沿いの余り目立たないところに咲いている紫陽花が今見頃である
公園を訪れる人はほとんどが中央の通りを歩き、この時期ではバラが咲いているところへまっしぐらに進む
しかし、周囲を見ながら歩いていると紫陽花の可憐な花が目に飛び込んでくる

Hydrangea flowering blooming in the less conspicuous place along the Dojima River in Nakanoshima Park is now in best condition.
Most visitors to the park walk in the middle street, and at this time they head straight to where the roses are in bloom.

街猫(Town Cats)

仲良しネコ二匹、カメラに向かってかしこまっていましたが・・・

 

 Two friendly cats, somewhat engaged towards the camera ...

突然空を見上げるポーズ、屋根の上にスズメが飛んできたのでしょうか、

こうなると野生に戻ってカメラなど見向きもしません

 

Suddenly a pose looking up at the sky, did the sparrow fly over the roof,
In this way the cat will return to the wild and will not look　a camera.

 

 

 

ランタナが満開です(Lantana in full bloom)

天神橋の北西詰めに植えてあるランタナが今満開です
この花は和名シチヘンゲと呼ばれるように、咲いてから色が次々と変わっていきます
今はほとんどがピンクですがこれから黄色・赤・緑と次々に変化していきます

The lantana planted in the northwest of the Tenjinbashi bridge is now in full bloom.
As this flower is called the Japanese name Sitihenge, the color changes one after another since it bloomed.
Now mostly it is pink but it will change from yellow to red and green one after another.

 

 

新緑溢れる池田城址(Fresh green is full of Ikeda Castle Park)

池田城は大阪府池田市にあった日本の城
1334年前後に現在の池田市にある五月山南麓の丘陵地に、豊島の土着豪族池田教依が築き、代々池田氏が城主を務めた
現在は「城跡の歴史を感じられる憩いの場」として池田城跡公園が整備されている

Ikeda Castle was a Japanese castle in Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture.
In around 1334, the indigenous clan director Toshiyuki Ikeda of Teshima built in the hilly land at the foot of Mt.Satsukiyama in Ikeda City  Mr. Ikeda served as a castle owner by descents.
Currently Ikeda Castle Memorial Park is being maintained as "a place of relaxation where you can feel the history of the castle ".
